You can pay for your Ribags using one of three payment options:
Pay by Debit/Credit card via Banco Sadadell’s Secure Electronic Transaction (SET), which by using the international protocols Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode (both based on 3D Secure technology) give a higher degree of security and protection to your payments. This protocols ties the financial authorization process with online client authentication for online shopping, in other words, the legitimate title holder of the card can be verified.
Pay by bank transfer: make your payment directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as a payment reference. Your shipment will not be sent until the full amount payable has been received in our account.

We recommend that once you make the transfer you send us a copy of the transaction and the order number via out email email@example.com in order to speed up the shipment process.
Pay by Paypal. When you make a payment via Paypal you will be redirected to the paypal.com website where you will be asked to introduce your user ID and Password. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can still use this payment method as a guest user.

All the prices quoted on our website include 21% VAT.
Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you have 14 days after the day you receive your purchase at the address you provided within which to return the product. Please contact Ribags via our email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating that you would like to return the item, your full name, your personal ID number (Spanish DNI/NIF/NIE card) and order number.
If items have been received damaged or there has been a mistake, i.e. the product is not the one you ordered then please contact us via our email email@example.com. Please state the delivery note number used by the delivery company. All complaints in relation to defects in the merchandise must be communicated to RIBAGS within 2 days of receiving the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform RIBAGS about any damage to the shipment during its transit.

The cost of returning goods due to damage or mistakes will be paid by Ribags. However, if the reason for the return is due to the fact that you do not like the product or for any other personal reason then costs of returning goods must be paid for by the customer.
Once we receive the returned good we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method originally used by the customer.
We cannot offer you an exchange/refund until we have received the returned goods in our warehouse. In order for the item to be admitted to our warehouse it must fulfil the following conditions:
It must not have been used or washed and should show no signs of damage.
It must be returned intact with all of its parts and accessories.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
It must be accompanied by a receipt, invoice or order number.
We currently only deliver within mainland Spain. Average delivery time is 7/8 days.
